Which 2015 Mokka do you have?

The central locking fuse differs between versions of the 2015 Vauxhall Mokka. Until you choose, every possible result is shown.

Not sure which handbook edition you have?
  • Each Vauxhall owner’s manual prints its edition near the end, for example “Edition: September 2014”. If you have your car’s handbook, choose the option with the same edition.
  • Vauxhall doesn’t say which cars each edition applies to, so the date of your car alone can’t tell you. Without the handbook, compare the circuits on each option with the legend on your fuse box before removing anything.

If you can’t confirm it, keep both results in mind and check the fuse box legend before removing anything.

Vauxhall labels these circuits “Door locks” (2012–2019 handbooks) or “Central locking system” (2020-on handbooks).

Vauxhall’s handbook doesn’t print fuse ratings, so none is shown. Fit a replacement with the same rating as the fuse you remove — the handbook says: “Data on the replacement fuse must match the data on the defective fuse.”

Vauxhall labels these circuits “Door locks” (2012–2019 handbooks) or “Central locking system” (2020-on handbooks).

No fuse is listed for this in this version. Check the legend on your fuse box.

Where is the fuse box?

How to replace the fuse safely

  1. Switch off the ignition and all electrical equipment. Take the key out, or move a keyless fob away from the car.
  2. Open the fuse box and find the fuse using the number on the cover legend or the chart on this page.
  3. Pull the fuse straight out with the plastic fuse puller (usually clipped inside the fuse box) or fine-nose pliers.
  4. Look at the metal strip inside the fuse. A broken or burnt strip means it has blown.
  5. Fit a new fuse with exactly the same amperage rating. The number on top and the colour should match.
  6. Refit the cover, switch on and test the component.
  • Never fit a fuse with a higher amperage rating than specified. It can let wiring overheat.
  • Never bridge a fuse with wire, foil or anything else.

Fuse keeps blowing?

A fuse that blows again straight away is doing its job. Something on that circuit is drawing too much current. Common causes are damaged wiring shorting to the bodywork, a failing motor or socket, water getting in, or a faulty accessory. Fitting fuse after fuse, or a bigger fuse, won’t fix the fault and can overheat the wiring. Have the circuit tested by an auto electrician.

Not the fuse? Check these next.

  • Several fuses

Vauxhall can list the door locks on more than one fuse. Check every fuse shown.

  • Key battery

If the remote won’t work but the key does in the door, try a new battery in the key first.

  • One door only

If just one door won’t lock, the door lock actuator is more likely than a fuse.
